面向数字孪生车间的三维可视化实时监控方法

Abstract: Aiming at the real-time visualization monitoring problem in digital twin workshop,a three-dimensional visualization monitoring method based on real-time information for workshop was proposed.The relationship between digital twin workshop and three-dimensional visualization real-time monitoring was analyzed.A multi-level three-dimensional visualization monitoring mode and a real-time data-driven virtualization workshop operation mode were proposed.On this basis,four key implementation technologies for real-time information-based 3D real-time visualization monitoring of workshop such as virtual workshop geometry modeling,workshop real-time data management,workshop multi-level 3D visualization monitoring and workshop state Kanban construction method were elaborated in detail.The prototype system was designed and developed,and the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a practical case study.

摘要: 针对数字孪生车间的实时可视化监控难题,提出一种基于实时信息的生产车间三维可视化监控方法。分析了数字孪生车间与三维可视化实时监控之间的关系,提出一种多层次的三维可视化监控模式和实时数据驱动的虚拟车间运行模式。在此基础上,对基于实时信息的生产车间三维可视化实时监控方法4个关键实现技术,即虚拟车间几何建模、车间实时数据管理、车间多层次三维可视化监控和车间状态看板构建方法等进行了详细阐述。设计并开发了原型系统,通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性。
