齿轮加工数字化车间刀夹具管理系统设计

Abstract: To solve the management confusion of cutting tools and fixtures in gear machining workshop,a lifecycle management method based on information model was proposed.Based on this method,a Cutting tools and Fixtures Management System for Digital Workshop of Gear Machining (CFMS-GMDW) was designed.According to the requirement analysis,the overall design of CFMS-GMDW was carried out,including the lifecycle management method,the management mode and the system framework of CFMS-GMDW.Then some key technologies including selecting cutting tools and fixtures based on six principles were studied.For the complexity,management disorganization and multi-maintenance of cutting tools and fixtures' information,the information model of cutting tools and fixtures was established and an integrated management approach of CFMS-GMDW based on Web services was proposed.Moreover,a usage process and database of CFMS-GMDW were designed.The CFMS-GMDW was developed and its functions were validated through practical case.The lifecycle and digital management of cutting tools and fixtures in gear machining workshop was realized,which could meet the application requirements of the enterprise.

摘要: 为解决齿轮加工车间刀夹具管理混乱问题,提出一种基于信息模型的全寿命周期管理方法,并设计了齿轮加工数字化车间刀夹具管理系统。通过需求分析进行系统总体设计,包括刀夹具全寿命周期管理方法、管理模式和刀夹具管理系统架构。对包括基于六大原则的刀夹具选配方法等关键技术进行了研究;针对刀夹具信息复杂、管理混乱和多处维护的问题,建立了刀夹具信息模型和一种基于Web Services的刀夹具管理系统集成方法。详细设计了系统使用流程和数据库,开发了刀夹具管理系统并通过案例验证了系统的各项功能,实现了车间刀夹具的全寿命周期数字化管理,满足了企业的应用需求。
