Abstract: The rapid development of industrial cloud has greatly promoted the deep integration of informationization and industrialization of industrial enterprises,changed the implementation and service modes of Information Technology (IT) of industrial enterprises and has received much attention in both industry and academia.The state of the art industrial cloud was summarized.The status and role of industrial cloud in manufacturing was first introduced,and an overview of research and application for industrial cloud in industry and academia was provided.After that an overview of the industrial cloud platforms which had been built were present,then the related research progress of industrial cloud in academia was introduced based on the levels of traditional automation pyramid hierarchy.The state of the art key technologies of industrial cloud such as virtualization,service-oriented,reliability,real-time,security,and human-computer interaction was reviewed.The technology challenges and trends of the industrial cloud were demonstrated and discussed,which included industrial cloud reference architecture,data analysis services,intelligent services,resource and service assessment,industrial cloud security and so on.

摘要： 工业云的快速发展,极大地推动了工业企业信息化和工业化的深度融合,改变了工业企业信息技术(IT)的使用和服务模式,在工业界和学术界引起了广泛关注。对工业云应用现状、关键技术的研究现状进行了比较全面的综述,首先介绍了工业云在制造中的地位和作用;然后从工业界和学术界两个方面对工业云的应用和研究进行综述,工业界方面概述了目前已经构建的主要工业云平台提供的应用服务、应用现状及其存在的问题,学术界方面按照企业传统自动化金字塔结构,依次从企业管理层、制造执行层、过程控制层和设备层概述了工业云相关的研究工作和存在的问题;接着从虚拟化、服务化、可靠性、实时性、安全性和人机交互技术6个方面概述了工业云所涉及关键技术的相关研究进展及存在的问题;最后深入阐述和讨论了工业云的技术挑战和发展趋势,包括工业云参考架构、数据分析服务、智能服务、资源和服务评估及工业云安全等。
