Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty to accurately evaluate and predict the movement performance of mechanical products in the design stage,the research method based on meta-action motion process was proposed.By Function-Movement-Action(FMA)structured decomposition,all basic meta-actions of mechanical products were obtained.Through analyzing the motion process of a single element,the key error was mapped to the motion parameters,and a complete motion equation of motion was established.The motion model of meta-action chain was obtained based on its relations of motion transfer and coupling.The whole system was simulated by MATLAB and the simulation results were used to compute motion reliability.The experimental results showed that the simulation method of the element motion theory were good in consistency with the experiment results of the Monte Carlo simulations method.With the new approach,the numbers of tests were significantly reduced and the experimental cost was saved.

摘要： 针对设计阶段机械产品的运动性能难以准确评估和预测的问题,提出基于元动作运动过程的研究方法。将机械产品按照“功能—运动—动作”分解成若干基本元动作单元。通过分析单个元动作运动过程,综合考虑了几何、装配等误差因素对运动性能的影响,将关键误差映射到运动参数中,建立了完整的元动作运动方程。再根据运动传递和耦合性关系,构建了机械产品的功能运动模型。最后,利用MATLAB对系统运动过程进行仿真,得到元动作的运动特性仿真曲线,并根据仿真结果计算系统运动可靠度。通过试验表明,所提方法显著缩减了试验次数,节约了试验成本,且该方法与经典的Monte Carlo模拟方法的试验结果具有很好的一致性。
