Modular product configuration method based on customer requirement analysis

基于客户需求分析的模块化产品配置方法

Abstract: In the process of product configuration,it was necessary to research the relationship between customer requirements and product modules,and the quantitative evaluation method for module partition.By combining with the practical application of electricity enterprises,a modular product configuration method based on customer requirement analysis was schemed,and a customer requirement standardization method was introduced.On this basis,the calculation method and evaluation index of module division was researched,and a module attribute set was constructed.A relationship between customer requirement and product module was built by calculating configuration requirements match value.The case of coming switchgear cabinet was taken as the example to illustrate the specific method and process of product configuration design,and to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,which had provided good practical basis for enterprise's product configuration.

摘要: 针对企业产品配置中,实现客户需求与产品模块的联系,以及如何评价模块划分的定量问题,结合电气企业的实际操作,提出以规范化客户需求为基础,通过拟定零部件关联度规则,研究模块划分的计算方法和评价指标,并通过构建配置需求符合度,建立了产品模块与客户需求之间的关系。以进线柜为例,说明了产品配置设计的具体方法和过程,验证了所提方法的可行性,为企业产品配置提供了良好的理论和实践依据。
