复杂产品研发的网络建模分析

Abstract: To construct an effective mechanism and a reasonable method for innovative product development,the complex network theories were applied to analyze tasks' status update process of complex product research and development,and the corresponding threshold of task-completing rate that kept all task finished was deduced.In most configurations,more decentralized out-degree distribution relative to in-degree would lead to smaller threshold of task-completing rate.If the equilibrium state was larger than zero,more decentralized out-degree distribution would lead to smaller task completed rate.To accelerate the process of product development,five kinds of static resource allocation strategies based on centrality of node sand one dynamic strategy were proposed.In most setting,the strategy based on the sum of in-degree and out-degree would dominate other static strategies.On other hand,the dynamic strategy would dominate its corresponding static one.

摘要: 为构建高效的创新型产品研发机制与合理流程,应用复杂网络理论对产品研发网络任务状态的更新过程进行分析,得出了保证全局任务完成的任务完成速率阈值。分析表明,若出度分布越分散,所得阈值越大。当未完成任务的比例均衡值大于零时,若出度分布相对于入度分布越分散,所得均衡值越大。为加速完成全局产品开发任务,提出了基于节点中心性的静态资源分配策略和一种动态资源分配策略。数值分析表明,大部分情况下,依据出度和入度之和制定的静态分配策略下的扩散可更快收敛至更小的未完成任务率均衡值;相对于静态策略,动态策略下的扩散可更快收敛至更小的未完成任务率均衡值。
