摘要: 为实现计算机辅助工艺规划系统的开放性和可集成性,研究了以模块化组件为基本构成,采用Web服务技术构造的基于互联网/内联网的可快速定制的计算机辅助工艺规划框架。该框架提供了网络环境中产品信息模型定义、工艺知识维护、工艺设计向导定义、资源管理、工艺卡片编辑、工艺评估、工艺仿真和定制工具等功能模块和集成接口,这些模块用Web服务实现。给出了基本框架、行业开发平台、企业应用系统的3级定制模式。最后,以面向电机制造行业和企业为例,说明了该框架面向行业平台和企业应用系统的定制过程。

Abstract: In order to realize an open and integrated Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system, an Internet/Intranet based CAPP architecture for rapid customization was developed. The architecture was composed of modular components, and implied with web services. By use of web services, the architecture provided such basic functions as product information definition, process knowledge maintenance, process planning guidance definition, resource management, process sheet edition, process evaluation, process simulation and customization tools etc. The triple level customization mode of basic architecture, industrial-oriented development platform, enterprise application system was presented. At last, for electromotor manufacturing industry, the framework and application customization based on the architecture was illustrated.
