摘要: 为有效解决精益生产模式下海洋工程项目中的托盘配送问题,建立以增强配送准时性和降低综合成本为优化目标的配送问题模型。在多维约束条件有效处理的基础上,设计了求解托盘配送问题模型的混合改进的非支配排序遗传算法,融入基于非支配接受规则的禁忌搜索算法,增强了局部搜索能力并维护了种群的稳定性。为了解决配送时的动态需求,采用了两阶段求解策略。通过算例的对比分析,证明了该混合算法解决托盘配送多目标问题是可行的,不仅收敛速度快而且避免了早熟收敛,搜索效率较高。

Abstract: To solve the pallet distribution problem of marine engineering project in lean production model,the mathematical model of distribution was proposed with the aim of improving punctuality and reducing overall cost.On the basis of the effective dealing with related constraints,a hybrid NSGA-Ⅱ to solve the proposed model was designed,which combined with Pareto dominated rule based Tabu Search (TS) on improving the ability of local search and maintaining the stability of population.Two-stage solution strategy was used to solve dynamic demand of distribution.The feasibility and effectiveness of proposed algorithm was verified by contrast test of examples.The premature convergence was avoided and the search efficiency was improved.
