零售商竞争下的双渠道信息产品供应链需求扰动

摘要: 为了研究需求扰动对零售商竞争下双渠道信息产品供应链的影响,构建了零售商竞争的双渠道信息产品供应链扰动决策模型。研究发现,无需求扰动时信息产品供应链的利润随着竞争强度的增强单调递减,有需求扰动时信息产品供应链的利润先减后增,且随可变成本的增加而降低;扰动与竞争同时增强时信息产品供应链的整体利润会增加,扰动降低竞争增强时利润会减少。另外,根据竞争强度选择销售不同质量的信息产品能够有效增加直销渠道的利润。最后通过算例验证了研究的有效性。

Abstract: To research the influence of demand disruption on dual-channel information product supply chain,the decision models were developed with considering demand disruption and competing retailers.The results showed that the supply chain's profit had reduced monotonously  along with stronger competition if there was no demand disruption;otherwise,the supply chain's profit had increased first and decreased later and decreased as variable cost increased.The overall profit of the information product supply chain had increased when the disruption and competitiveness enhanced and had decreased when the disruption lower and competitiveness enhanced.Direct selling channel was suitable for different quality information products under different competitive strength.
