摘要: 针对网络环境下产品数据的交换与共享,为实现产品信息的统一表达和网络传输、建立产品信息的网络化通用模型以及提高产品信息的后处理性,提出了基于产品模型数据交换标准的可扩展标记语言特征建模方法。首先,在详细分析产品模型数据交换标准特征框架的基础上,分解产品结构,并将其映射为相应的产品特征,完成产品信息的特征表达,建立完整的特征模型;然后,确定产品特征由EXPRESS到可扩展标志语言的映射规则和方法、 可扩展标记语言特征建模框架和过程以及可扩展标记语言文档的解析与网络实现等,从而实现产品信息在网络环境下的产品信息传输、交换和共享。最后,通过Internet信息服务管理器平台建立了该方法的应用实例。

Abstract: To realize the general representation and network transmission of product data, construct the general feature model, and guarantee the coherence of data format as well as the readability of document structure and access of post-process of product data in the distributed network environment, an STandard for the Exchange of Product model data (STEP)-based feature modeling method was presented by using eXtensible Markup Language (XML). First, based on the analysis of STEP feature framework, the structure product was decomposed, which was mapped to corresponding product features, and an integrated product feature model was constructed. Then,the mapping rules and modeling method of features from EXPRESS to XML representation were discussed, meanwhile, the feature modeling framework was constructed by XML, and XML document parsing process and network resolution were expressed. As a result, the exchange and share of product data in the distributed network environment and the interaction operation of product data among different customers were realized. Furthermore, this method was illustrated by an application case on the platform of IIS.
