基于节点敏感波动分析的质量状态稳定性评估

摘要: 针对制造过程的质量状态波动难以评估和分析的问题,提出一种基于节点敏感波动分析的质量状态稳定性评估方法。对产品制造过程的复杂关系机理进行分析,通过对其层次结构进行等级划分构建制造节点波动的多级关系网络模型;分析其质量状态节点的动力学波动特性,并基于节点波动控制图进行质量状态的稳定性监控;在此基础上研究各误差影响因素对质量状态波动的影响规律,通过计算误差因素的敏感波动率实现异常质量状态的敏感波动分析,并通过叶轮加工实例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the fluctuation was difficult to assess and analyze of quality status in the manufacturing process,the quality state stability evaluation method based on node fluctuation sensitivity analysis was proposed.The mechanism of complex relationship was analyzed and the hierarchy was divided to build the node fluctuation multilevel relationship network model.The kinetic fluctuation characteristics for the node of quality state were analyzed,the fluctuation control chart was built to monitor the stability of quality state.On this basis,the influence of each error factors on the quality state fluctuation were analyzed,the sensitivity of volatility was calculated to realize sensitive fluctuation analysis for abnormal quality state.The integral impeller was used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
