基于模糊理论的碳纤维复合材料钻削工艺方案评价

Schemes evaluation for drilling of carbon fibre reinforced plastics based on fuzzy theory

摘要: 鉴于目前对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)制孔质量的评价主要在实验基础上依靠单一因素或经验评价,没有综合考虑多参数的评价模型,选取合适的加工参数、加工条件和材料作为评价指标,建立了二级模糊综合评判模型;研究了各个影响因素的隶属函数的构造方法,确定了不同钻削方案的各个因素隶属度和权重系数;采用加权平均型广义模糊算子进行合成运算,从给定的10个方案中得出最优钻削方案。通过钻削对比实验检测制孔质量,得出算例的计算结果与实验结果一致,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: The properties of composite components was affected by holes quality,and the evaluation on holes quality of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) drilling mainly relied on single factor method or experiments experience which was not considered the multi-parameter evaluation model synthetically.Appropriate factors such as machining parameters,machining conditions and materials were chosen as evaluation indexes to build a second grade fuzzy comprehensive assessment model.The construction method on membership functions of various influence factors was researched,and the membership degree and the weight coefficients for factors of various drilling schemes were confirmed.The weighted average model of generalized fuzzy operator was employed to calculate and the optimal drilling scheme from the given schemes was obtained.To check the calculation result of numerical example,the drilling experiments was conducted,and the result of the fuzzy comprehensive assessment was found to be in a good agreement with the experimental results through detecting the holes quality.
