摘要: 根据电火花铣削加工的特点,开发了基于Windows2000的电火花铣削加工智能化数控系统。该数控系统由PC机、DMC300运动控制卡、放电状态检测卡、A/D卡、I/O卡和脉冲电源等硬件组成。在软件设计中,采用人工神经网 络来预测电极损耗,实现电极的智能预测和补偿。建立两个模糊控制器,分别以放电状态和极间电压作为输入,实现进给系统的变步距、变频双重调节,提高了系统的跟踪能力和稳定性。根据Windows驱动程序模型开发了各种板 卡的驱动程序。实际使用表明,该系统具有较强的适用性。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of electric discharge milling ( ED-Milling ), An ED-Milling intelligent NC system is developed based on Windows2000 OS. The system is composed of industrial PC, DMC300 motion controller, discharge status checking card, A/D card, I/O card and pulse power. In the soft designing, an artificial neural network is used to predict tool wear, which can realize the tools automatic compensation. Two fuzzy controllers are developed to adjust feed step and feed frequency, whose inputs are discharge status and gap voltage respectively. This method can improve the feed systems tracking ability and stability. The various device drivers are developed according to Windows WDM.
