摘要: 为方便快捷地开发出数据控专机控制器,研发开放式专用数控系统作为专机控制器开发平台,允许第三方设备接入并进行互联与互操作。提出开放式专用数控系统的功能模型、数据模型、结构模型和行为模型,采用嵌入式多CPU架构实现了分布型开放式专用数控系统,采用双数据区同步方案解决了分布式系统中数据的同步维护问题。该系统在轴承套圈数控车削中心得到了成功的应用,实现了该数控专机的系统开放性和运动轨迹的参数变量编程控制的预期目标。

Abstract: To develop special Numerical Control (NC) machine controller conveniently, open architecture special Numerical Control (NC) system was researched as the platform, which could be used to accessing third party devices and doing interconnection and interoperation. Function model, data model, architecture model and behavior model of open special NC system were proposed, and the distributive open architecture special NC system was realized based on multi-CPU embedded system structure. Dual data areas synchronization scheme was adopted to solve the data synchronization maintenance problem of distributed system. The proposed system was applied to a bearing ring NC turning center successfully, and the expected target of trajectory's parameter variable program control for this NC machine was realized.
