摘要: 为引导企业制造服务化的进程,分析了制造的内涵及其基本的四要素、服务的本质及特性,从制造的四要素讨论了制造服务化的途径和关键点。在此基础上,提出制造服务成熟度模型,给出制造服务成熟度模型的概念,分析了不同制造服务成熟度的关键特征,描述了制造服务化水平持续增长的路径。分析了云制造的服务成熟度以及未来的发展趋势,提出一种能够支持不同服务成熟度水平的企业运营的服务平台体系结构,并讨论了其中的关键技术。通过一个制造服务平台的典型案例,描述了该服务平台如何支持不同制造服务成熟度的企业运营。

Abstract: To guide the process of manufacturing services, the contents as well as the four basic elements of manufacturing and the natures as well as the characteristics of service were analyzed. The way and the key point of manufacturing services were discussed according to the four basic elements of manufacturing. On this basis, Service Maturity Model for Manufacturing(SM3)was proposed, and the concept of SM3 was given. The decisive characteristics of different service maturity level were analyzed, and the pathway of sustainable manufacturing service level growth was described. The service maturity and the future development trend of cloud manufacturing were analyzed, and a service platform architecture which could support diverse service maturity level enterprises running was put forward. The related key technologies were also discussed. A typical case of manufacturing service platform called Smart Service Platform(SSP)based on BIlateral Resources Integration Service(BIRIS)was used to describe the platform on supporting diverse service maturity level enterprises running.
