摘要: 为解决供应链中不对称信息的揭示和利润合理分配的问题,引入不占有利润的虚拟第三方作为供应链系统的委托人。考虑一个具有私人成本信息的供应商和一个具有私人售价信息的销售商组成的供应链,建立了一个双边不对称信息的供应链模型。分析了非对称信息下相比于对称信息下供应链效率的损失,证明了在考虑供销双方外生保留利润的情况下,供应链不可能实现协调。为合理分配供应链利润,给出了一个基于双方信息租金的分配规则,揭示了效率损失与供销双方利润变化的关系。基于商品交易量和利润分配规则,设计了一组能够激励供应链企业揭示真实信息和实现合理的利润分配的供应链契约。通过数值算例对主要结论进行了解释说明。

Abstract: To solve the problem of asymmetric information revealing and profit allocation in supply chain, the virtual-third part without profit was introduced as a principal in the supply chain system. A supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer was considered who had their private information regarding the manufacturing cost and retail price respectively, and the bilateral asymmetric information model was constructed. The model analysis was addressed in the asymmetric situation compared with the symmetric information case. It proved that the coordination of the supply chain could not be achieved by considering the exogenous reservation profits of the supplier and the retailer simultaneously. Moreover, to allocate the realized total supply chain profits reasonably, a profit allocation rule based on the expected information rents for the two parties was presented. Meanwhile, the relationship between the efficiency loss and the variation of the two parties profits was revealed. Based on the order quantity and the profit allocation rule, a supply chain contract was designed for true information revealing and reasonable profit allocation. A numerical example was presented to explain the main results.
