摘要: 为了提高激光焊接工艺的资源环境效益,提出一种基于综合碳效率的铝合金激光焊接工艺系统低碳优化方法。通过对激光焊接系统边界资源消耗的碳排放特性进行分析,建立了激光焊接系统碳排放模型;采用熵权法分别赋予生产率、拉伸强度、焊接成本3个指标权重,构建以碳排放为基础的激光焊接系统综合碳效率模型;提出以工艺系统层综合碳效率与设备层碳排放为优化目标,以激光功率、焊接速度、送丝速度为优化参数的目标级联低碳优化模型。将激光焊接碳效率模型与低碳优化方法应用于铝合金激光焊接实例,得到最优工艺参数,验证了方法的实用性。

Abstract: Laser welding technology is widely used in automotive,aviation and other fields.To improve its resource and environmental benefits,a low carbon optimization method of aluminum alloy laser welding process system was proposed based on comprehensive carbon efficiency.The laser welding system carbon emission model was established by analyzing the carbon emission characteristics of the boundary resource consumption of laser welding system.Entropy weight method was used to assign weights to the three indexes of productivity,tensile strength and welding cost respectively,and a comprehensive carbon efficiency model of laser welding system based on carbon emission was constructed.The Analytical Target Cascading (ATC) low-carbon optimization model was proposed,which taken the comprehensive carbon efficiency of the process system layer and the carbon emission of equipment layer as the optimization objectives,and taken the laser power,welding speed and wire feeding speed as the optimization parameters.Through applying the carbon efficiency model of laser welding and low carbon optimization method to the laser welding experiment of aluminum alloy,the optimal process parameters were obtained,thus the practicability of the method was verified.
