摘要: 为降低铸造业的CO2排放量,分析了砂型铸造生产系统碳排放源,结合砂型铸造工艺特点,建立了砂型铸造系统碳排放评估边界;分析了砂型铸造生产系统能耗特性,建立了能源碳、工艺碳、物料碳的碳排放评估函数,用于识别和量化评估砂型铸造生产系统碳排放;结合某汽车发动机齿轮室盖铸件生产过程进行验证和估算,指出砂型铸造生产过程中焦炭的使用是碳排放的主要影响因素,原料生产系统是主要的碳排放源。

Abstract: To reduce carbon dioxide emission of foundry industry, the carbon emission esource of sand casting production system was analyzed, and carbon emission evaluation boundary sand casting production system was built by combining the characteristics of sand casting process. Through analyzing the feature of sand casting production system's energy consumption, the carbon emission evaluation function of energy carbon, craft carbon and material carbon was constructed to identify and evaluate the carbon emission of sand casting production system. Taking the actual work as an example, the major influence factors of carbon emission and the important carbon emission sources in the cast iron work were pointed out.
