摘要: 针对叶片型面检测中的路径规划问题,提出了流道线测量路径,确定了流道线测量路径规划原则和方法。针对误差评定问题提出了根据叶型面轮廓度误差评定叶片型面精度的方法,测量点与叶片理论模型整体一次精确匹配,建立了匹配目标函数,给出了匹配方法。讨论了航空发动机叶片叶型公差,对测量机测量叶片坐标系的建立方法以及叶型面轮廓度误差、扭转误差、位置度误差的计算方法进行了研究。通过实例证明了该方法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the path planning problem of blade surface inspection, flow channel line measurment path of blade surface was proposed. The principle and method of flow channel lines measurment path planning were determined. To deal with the error evaluation of the blade surface, a method to assess blade surface accuracy based on profile error of surface was proposed. In data processing, one precise matching between the measurement points and theoretical model of blade was completed. Besides, objective function of matching was established and matching method was also presented. The construction method of blade measurement coordinate system as well as calculation method of evaluate profile error, torsion error and position error were studied. The examples were used to verify the effectiveness and practicality of proposed method.
