摘要: 为了提高卫星装配的质量和效率,在分析了卫星总装工艺特点的基础上,提出了一种基于三维模型的卫星装配工艺设计、仿真与应用方法。介绍了该系统业务框架的基本工作流程及系统的体系结构,并对三维数字化装配工艺生成、柔性电缆建模与装配仿真、面向安全防护的总装过程仿真与应用、面向总装现场的三维装配工艺可视化展示技术等关键技术进行了论述。基于三维模型的卫星装配工艺设计、仿真与应用系统已经在卫星的装配工艺设计中得到试运行,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: To improve assembly quality and efficiency of secondary planets, a method for assembly process design, simulation and application based on three dimensional (3D) product model was proposed through analyzed the assembly process characteristics. Basic working process and architecture of the system framework were introduced. key techniques employed in Integrated Virtual Assembly Process Planning (IVAPP) including 3D assembly process generation, cable harness routing and assembly simulation, safety oriented assembly validation and process visualization were discussed in detail. The system for assembly process design, simulation and application based on 3D model was test ran in assembly process planning of aerospace-related products, and the results were proved to be feasible and effective.
