摘要: 为分析服务模型在支持服务价值实现过程中可能出现的缺陷,提出了服务价值半自动标注方法。该方法首先从价值模型中获得价值的实现载体及其状态转移,作为语义匹配的目标;然后从服务模型中手工抽取服务行为及表示行为之间关系的语义信息,并将这些语义信息作为输入,利用状态转移空间生成算法,自动创建作用对象的状态转移空间;最后自动完成价值的实现载体及状态转移同作用对象的状态转移空间的语义匹配,进而识别出价值与服务行为、资源等功能要素之间的对应关系,将服务价值快速、准确地标注到服务功能要素之上。以海运物流服务为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To analyze possible deficiencies of service models in process of supporting service values realization, semi-automatic service values annotation method was proposed. In this method, the realization carrier of values and their status transitions were obtained from value models as objectives of semantic matching. The service behaviors as well as semantic information which described the relationship between behaviors were manually abstracted from the service models, and these semantic information used as the input to automatically created status transition space of the action object by means of the state transition generation algorithm. Finally, the semantic matching between realization carrier and state transition of values and state transition space of action objects was automatically achieved to identify the corresponding relationships among the values and the functional elements (service behaviors, resource, etc.), and then the service values were labeled on service functional elements timely and accurately. The validity of the proposed method was verified by taking ocean transportation service as an example.
