摘要: 为改善在焊接电源群同时启动和外网电压波动等因素影响下,焊接质量下降、焊后产品变形加大的现状,提出了对焊接电源群采用优先级控制的概念。探讨了优先级群控系统的构成及控制流程和理论计算模型,构建了基于自适应模糊推理算法的单一焊接电源优先级计算网络模型。在此基础上,构建了控制对象为六个焊接电源的群控系统SIMULINK仿真模型,其中ANFIS控制模块封装有六个单一电源的优先级计算网络模型。仿真结果表明,所研究的群控策略和系统仿真模型实现了对焊接电源群的优先级计算,并根据正常焊接所采用的焊接参数和焊枪的位置参数,结合外网波动的情况和优先级计算参数,实现了焊接电源参数的有序调整,在保证焊缝质量并减小焊接变形的同时能够减小对外网的反激。

Abstract: To improve the status of welding quality decreased and production dietorted after welding under the circumstance of synchronous operation of several welding powers, external voltage fluctuations and other factors, an idea of multi-power priority control theory was proposed. The structure of priority group control system as well as control flow and theoretical computation model was discussed. The neural network model of a single welding power source based on Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) algorithm was constructed. On the basis of above theory, the simulink model of group control system whose control object were six welding powers was construsted. ANFIS control module in the model consisted of six single welding powers priority neural network model. The simulation results showed that the proposed group control strategy and system simulation model realized priority computation for welding power group. According to the normal welding parameters and welding torch position parameters, combined external voltage fluctuation stata with priority computation parameters, an orderly adjustment of welding power supply parameters was realized. It ensured welding quality and reduced the welding distortion, while reducing the flyback of external networks voltage.
