基于精益MRO的海上风电场运行维护管理技术

Technology of operation and maintenance management for offshore wind farm based on lean MRO thinking

摘要: 为了提升风电场的运行维护管理水平,提高资源协调和优化能力,基于精益维护、维修与大修/运行(MRO)理念提出适用于风电产业的大型装备运行维护管理技术和方法。在分析海上风电场运维业务特点和现存问题的基础上,对MRO系统的主要业务功能和业务流程进行了分析;研究了风电机组维修物料清单设计方法和MRO计划制定方法,对海上风电场维修业务流程进行了设计和优化,提出一种改进的AB2C库存控制策略并应用于备品备件库存管理。开发了MRO管理系统软件并在东海风电场进行验证应用,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: To improve the operational management and optimization ability,based on Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/operations(MRO)processes,Operation and Maintenance (O&M) management technologies for large-scale equipment industries was put forward which could be used in the wind power industry.The O&M business characteristics and existing problems of offshore wind farm were analyzed to identify the main business functions and business processes of MRO system.The maintenance business processes were optimized with design method analyses of maintenance Bill of Material (BOM),and an improved AB2C inventory control strategy was proposed and applied in spare parts inventory management.Furthermore,MRO management software systems were given for Shanghai DongHai bridge offshore wind farm with great success.
