摘要: 针对连续型企业节能降耗的需求,将企业生产过程和能源消耗过程耦合在一起,采用计时混杂Petri网的方法建立企业生产过程能源预测模型。定义了模型运行中使能和激发语义、冲突解决方法以及动态特性。提出基于不变行为状态和演化表示图的企业能源预测模型计时混杂Petri网仿真方法。通过实例证明了所提方法的可行性。该方法为连续型企业生产过程中的能源消耗提供了精确预测,在生产故障发生时,能对企业生产的影响做简单的故障分析。

Abstract: Aiming at the energy-saving and emission reduction in continuous process enterprises, by coupling production process and energy consumption process in enterprises, the energy prediction model of production process was established by using Time Hybrid Petri Nets(THPN) method. The enabling and firing for transitions, conflicts resolution and dynamic characteristics in model were discussed. The THPN simulation method of enterprises energy prediction model was proposed based on constant behavior state and evolution representative graph. An example was used to illustrate the feasibility of this method. It provided precise numerical prediction for energy consumption in production process and conducted simple fault analysis for production as the faults occurred.
