考虑设备故障维修时间的经济生产批量模型

摘要: 针对生产过程劣化以及设备随机发生故障的生产系统,研究了生产批量和生产过程检查策略的联合优化问题。描述了生产过程,基于更新理论,建立了含生产过程劣化和设备随机故障的无缺货模型与缺货模型,并求出经济生产批量和最优检查策略,实现了单位时间内总费用期望值最低的目标。算例分析表明,随着设备故障率的增加,经济生产批量增加,相应的检查次数也增多;缺货情况下需要更大的经济生产批量,所需的最优检查次数也更多。

Abstract: For the unreliable production system with deteriorating process and random machine failures,the joint optimization problem of production schedule and process inspection policy was presented.The production process was described,and the stockout model with the no stockout model contained deteriorating production process and random machine failure were established based on renewal reward theory.Economic Manufacturing Quantity (EMQ) and the optimal inspection strategies were proposed to realize the objective of expected total cost minimum in unit time.A numerical example was presented,and the result showed that EMQ and the corresponding inspection number were increased along with the increases of failure rate,and more optimal inspection numbers were needed along with the great needed EMQ under the stockout.
