摘要: 铁路机车车辆虚拟样机系统为产品设计和生产过程的优化提供了集成的建模和仿真环境。该系统的关键环节在于实现分析数据的协调与集成。为支持开发环境中不同领域、分布、异构的仿真系统间的数据共享,提高仿真平台的可扩展性和灵活性,按数据产生的先后,提出了产品模型数据的分层框架,并研究了每一数据层中关键问题的解决方法。初步实践表明,基于上述研究的虚拟样机系统能有效地支持铁路机车车辆产品的开发。

Abstract: Railway vehicle virtual prototype system provides a modeling and simulation environment from product design to product planning and process optimization. Data collaboration is a key technology in this system. In order to support data integration and interaction among distributed and heterogeneous simulation systems in different application domains, and to improve the extensibility and flexibility of the platform, the framework of the layers for the product model data based on their created sequence is proposed. And then the solutions of key problems in each layer are given. In the primary application practice, the platform developed based on above research can effectively support the virtual development for complicated product.
