基于可拓分析的低压断路器虚拟样机动作特性评价

摘要: 目前低压断路器的动作特性分析主要考虑合闸/分闸速度和合闸/分闸时间两个因素,没有系统地考虑动作特性的其他内在因素并进行综合评价,针对该问题,建立了断路器动作特性多维分析的过程模型,提出“速度—位移—力”三维度十标度的断路器虚拟样机的动作特性分析评价指标体系。基于该指标体系,研究了基于可拓分析的断路器虚拟样机动作特性的评价方法,该方法的特点是:改进了传统的经典域物元模型,建立了一种断路器动作特性评价的物元模型|设计了断路器动作特性的可拓评价算法,改进了传统的关联函数,使提出的关联函数适用于断路器动作特性评价的特点。以一款CDM1-100型断路器的设计和分析过程为例验证了该评价方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the analysis of low-voltage circuit breaker operating characteristic was mainly focusing on switch-on/switch-off speed and switch-on/switch-off time,but not systematically taken into account the other inherent factors of operating characteristics and hadn't evaluated the operating characteristics synthetically according to all these factors,the process model of circuit breaker operating characteristic multidimensional analysis was established,the “Speed-Displacement-Force” three dimension and ten scale index system to analyze and evaluate the circuit breaker virtual prototype operating characteristic was proposed.Based on this index system,the evaluation method of circuit breaker virtual prototype operating characteristic was studied with extension analysis.In this method,the traditional classical field matter-element model was improved,and a matter-element model of circuit breaker operating characteristic evaluation was established|the extension evaluation algorithm of circuit breaker operating characteristic was designed,and the traditional correlation function was improved to make it suitable for the specificity of the circuit breaker operating characteristic evaluation.A practical case study on designing and analyzing a CDM1-100 type circuit breaker was provided for further demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of this evaluation method.
