高铁车辆刚柔耦合仿真奇异性及其处理对策

摘要: 根据ICE3转向架原型的技术创新特点及其局限性,目前高铁运用必须更强调高速列车集成系统的稳定鲁棒性能,特别需要防范侧风稳定性问题及其危害性影响。考虑到高阶模态截取及其残余力对高铁车辆刚柔耦合仿真的负面影响,提出了奇异系数新概念并论证了横向振动耦合机制及其判定力学条件。以小幅蛇行振荡作为独立激励,造成较大车下质量(如牵引变流器)产生横向耦合共振,其与线路跟踪测试结果十分吻合。以抗蛇行高频阻抗作用作为相关激励,车体摇头大阻尼特征更加突出,因而其对后位转向架接口的横向扰动也更加强烈,如多隧道通过,造成电机横摆出现瞬间颤振现象。研究表明,ICE3原型存在设计缺陷,即缺乏结构阻尼减振技术,进而突出了抗蛇行高频阻抗的负面影响。

Abstract: According to the innovative techniques and their limitations of ICE3 bogie original design,the stability robustness of high-speed train system integration should be emphasized more in the present practice of high-speed rails,especially to keep from the side-wind instability problems and their harmful influences.Considering the high-order modal truncation and the negative effects of their residual forces to the rigid-flex coupling simulations of high-speed rolling stock,the novel concept of singularity co-efficient was proposed,by which the lateral vibration coupling mechanism and its mechanical determinants had been proved eventually.By taking the small hunting oscillations as independent excitations,the heavier masses suspended under the floor of aluminum carbody(e.g.the traction convertor)would be caused to be in the lateral coupling resonances,which was agreement with the measuring results come from the long-term line tests.Furthermore,by taking the anti-hunting high-frequency impedances as correlative excitations,the modal vibrating-overdamped characteristics of carbody yaw motion would become very remarkable,and the lateral disturbances produced in the interface of carbody to rear bogie would be getting stronger,e.g.when going through the tunnels,the transient lateral flutters of motor suspension will be caused suddenly.Above investigations indicate that the great faults exists in the original design of ICE3 bogie prototype,i.e.the negative effects of anti-hunting high-frequency impedance become to be more prominent due to the absence of structural damping techniques in low-frequency.
