产品族工装配置技术研究与实现

摘要: 为支持产品族中变型产品的可重构工装快速开发,借鉴产品配置原理,提出了一种同时利用工装实例、综合工装和配置规则的工装配置方法。提出了产品族工装配置的概念与定义,建立了工装实例、综合工装和配置规则三类工装配置知识模型,分析了支持工装配置的产品、工艺和工装资源三类数据对象及关系,并以此为基础构建了详细的工装配置流程。开发了工装配置原型系统,并采用某火箭系列分离器关键零件对工装配置方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法可为产品族工装的设计与管理提供可行的快速解决方案。

Abstract: To support rapid development of reconfigurable tooling of variant products in product family, based on theory of product configuration, a new tooling configuration methodology was proposed by using tooling instances, composite tooling and configuration rules simultaneously. Concept and definitions of tooling configuration for product family were firstly presented. Then knowledge models for tooling instance, composite tooling and configuration rule were constructed, Three types of tooling configuration data objects including product, process and tooling resource as well as their relationships were analyzed.Based on above-mentioned knowledge and data objects, concrete process of tooling configuration was also proposed. Finally, a prototype system of tooling configuration was developed and an example of key part of a rocket separator family was used to validate the proposed methodologies. Test results indicated that the presented method was able to provide a rapid solution to tooling design and management for product family.
