摘要: 为了满足企业未来进行商务模式创新、实施在线大规模定制的需要,深入分析了工程性和供应性约束的来源和表达方式,给出了工程和供应约束条件下的产品配置模型。将盈利目标看作约束条件,通过利润的合理分配,实现了顾客考虑零部件性价比的产品快速配置。将企业在线定制价格看成约束条件,提出通过调节厂商价差来优化销量结构和平衡矛盾的思路和方法。通过案例证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: To meet the demand of business innovation and on-line mass customization for enterprises,the source and expression of engineering constraints and supply constraints were analyzed deeply,and the product configuration model under these two constraints were given.The profit target was taken as the constraint,the rapid product configuration with the consideration of components cost performance was realized by allocating profits rationally|the online customization prices of products were taken as the constraints,the idea and method for sales structure and balance were optimized by regulating vendors spread contradiction.The effectiveness of proposed method was demonstrated by the cases.
