基于工艺多样性的产品族配置主从优化

摘要: 为对由生产工艺差异性而产生的产品族进行产品族优化配置研究,以纪念台钟为例,基于主从对策的决策机制,对依赖于工艺多样性的纪念台钟产品族配置问题的优化主体与各种属性进行分析,得出纪念台钟产品族配置与对应工艺配置存在主从关系的结论。提出了基于工艺的产品族配置双层模型,并设计了上下层分别采用遗传算法求解的层次遗传算法。通过对纪念台钟产品族与工艺协同配置方案计算结果的分析,验证了模型与算法的有效性。

Abstract: To research the optimal configuration of product family with high-variety process,based on the attributive analysis of product family module configuration and process collaborative optimization,a leader-follower relationship was proved to be existed between product family configuration and its process configuration of souvenir clock.According to the nonlinear feature of proposed model,the bi-level model of product family configuration was built,and the hierarchical genetic algorithm whose upper and lower level were solved by genetic algorithm respectively was designed.Through the analysis of calculation results,the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified.
