摘要: 为支持大型机电产品制造过程优化,根据大型机电产品制造资源及制造过程的特点,给出了基于能力的资源建模方法,该模型主要从资源能力、资源状态的变迁、资源的服务成本三个方面对制造资源进行描述。该资源的能力描述支持自动的过程与资源的动态映射;通过资源能力实现资源的组合,给出了组合资源的状态变迁以及资源的服务成本;给出了该模型如何支持不定环境下的动态过程优化。结合汽轮机关键部件转子的加工这一具体案例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To provide support for manufacturing process optimization of large electromechanical products, a resource modeling method based on capability was proposed according to the features of manufacturing resources and process of large electromechanical products. Manufacturing resources were described mainly from three perspectives, such as resource capability, transition of resource status and service cost of resource. By realizing resource combination based on resource capability, an automatic dynamic mapping between process and resource was supported by capability description of resource. Moreover, status transition of combined resource and service cost of resource were also provided. Then, an optimization of dynamic process under uncertain conditions supported by this model was put forward. Finally, effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of turbine rotor machining.
