基于能力因子的某轻型飞机U型装配线平衡

摘要: 为了解决某轻型飞机第Ⅱ类U型装配线平衡问题与生产实际存在偏差的问题,提出了基于能力因子的Memetic算法。给出能力因子的定义和取值方法,从符合生产实际的角度研究了装配线平衡问题。以装配线节拍的最小化和各工位间负载的优化为目标,建立了某轻型飞机U型装配线的多目标、多类约束数学模型,并详细描述了约束条件。以某轻型飞机装配线为对象进行了优化计算,通过比较考虑能力因子的Memetic算法和普通Memetic算法的求解结果,验证了考虑能力因子的Memetic算法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that capacity factor based Memetic algorithm existed deviation with production practice for solving a light airplane u-shaped assembly line balancing type-Ⅱ problem (UALBP-Ⅱ),the concept of capacity factor was presented,and its definition and value method were given.From the view of production practice,the problem of assembly line balancing was researched.By taking minimum cycle time of assembly line and workload optimization between each workstation as the objective,the multi-objective and multi-constraint mathematical model for a light airplane U-shaped assembly line was established,and the constraint conditions were described in detail.The optimization calculation results of Memetic algorithm based on capacity factor and standard Memetic algorithm in a light aircraft assembly line showed that Memetic algorithm based on capacity factor was more practical and had important practical significance for the production.
