摘要: 讨论了动态环境下耦合设计迭代分析方法。探讨了产品开发过程中可能存在的不确定因素以及对产品开发过程的影响;从反馈控制原理角度,利用工作转移矩阵建立相应的耦合设计迭代分析模型,并引入资源监测与控制矩阵对耦合迭代过程进行反馈调节,结合模糊数学中满意度原理确定过程的满意区间。通过说明性实例阐述了该方法的实施步骤和过程,计算结果表明了该方法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: The analytical approach of coupled design iteration based on feedback control theory in dynamic environment was discussed. The uncertainties existed in product development were analyzed and their impacts on development process were also studied. Then, an analytical model of coupled design iteration was set up from the viewpoint of feedback control theory by using the Work Transformation Matrix(WTM). Moreover, a control and monitoring matrix was introduced to timely adjust coupled iteration process. In addition, satisfaction degree theory in fuzzy mathematics was also used to determine the satisfaction interval of the process. Finally, an illustrative example was given to demonstrate its implementation steps and process. The results showed that the method was valid and practical.
