摘要: 针对多场地有未完工分段的船舶分段空间调度问题,提出综合时间和空间资源利用率的指标—场地平均时空利用率,并以此为目标,运用运筹学方法构建考虑加工优先顺序、交货期等因素的非线性规划模型。研究了模型在其他特殊空间调度问题中的适用性。结合某船厂实际数据对模型在空间调度问题中的应用进行了实例验证,结果表明,该模型在空间调度解的质量和模型应用范围等方面都取得较优效果。

Abstract: To solve the spatial scheduling problem of blocks on multi nonempty working-plates in block assembly workshop, an integer nonlinear programming model was formulated which included the due date and precedence constraints of blocks simultaneously. The average spatiotemporal utilization ratio was defined and established as the benchmark in the model which evaluated time and space utilization simultaneously. Then, this model was extended to formulate some special spatial scheduling problems. Finally, application data were obtained from a shipyard to validate the model, and the result showed that the model performed well in the mentioned spatial scheduling problems.
