Abstract: To solve the coordination problem of logistics service supply chain under demand uncertainty, a method of competitive aligned coordination was proposed. Firstly, the two-echelon logistics supply chain with one logistics service integrator and one functional logistics service provider was studied, and. the mathematical model of centralized coordination, Stackelberg game coordination and competitive aligned coordination was developed based on the market which was characterized by a price-sensitive random demand, and then the realization condition for optimal solution under different coordination strategies was presented. Finally, a numerical experiment was presented to illustrate the coordination strategies, and the result showed that competitive aligned coordination strategy could generate better performance for the whole logistics service supply chain of centralized coordination, and achieved greater profit than Stackelberg game coordination strategy as well.
