摘要: 为解决装配执行过程中物料流与信息流不同步的问题,用装配Agent封装装配任务和数据,用射频识别标签标识物料。通过对射频识别标签的读取来检查物料,并触发装配Agent的执行,实现装配现场的装配操作三维可视化引导和装配质量检验引导。装配完成时,借助装配Agent的回收机制返回现场数据。实例表明,该方法实现了物料与装配任务之间的动态匹配,增强了装配执行过程的动态监控能力。

Abstract: To solve the asynchronization problem between the logistics flow and the information flow in the assembly execution process, assembly Agents were proposed to encapsulate assembly tasks and data, and Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tags were adopted to identify materials. Through verifying materials by RFID tags, assembly Agents were triggered to be executed, so as to realize on-spot 3D assembly operation guide and quality check guide. When an assembly task was completed, on-spot data were brought back by retrieval mechanism of the assembly Agent. A case study showed that the dynamic matching mechanism between assembly tasks and materials was achieved, and dynamic monitoring and control ability of assembly execution process was enhanced.
