摘要: 为了更好地挖掘产品中所包含的原设计者的设计意图并进行创新再设计,提出了一种概念设计中功能驱动的消化吸收再创新的方法。将分析要求根据分析粒度映射到模型,建立系统的功率键合图模型,从系统动态性能中分析原设计的特点和不足,进而达到消化吸收的目的。针对系统不足,采用功能模型图进行功能分解后找到问题所在,再通过技术进化路线寻找可能的解决方案,并得到再创新后的概念设计方案。将上述方法应用于摩擦驱动装置,在消化吸收其设计思想的基础上提高了原设计动态性能和控制性能,设计结果表明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: A function-driven conceptual design method was proposed to assimilate and recreate the existing product. Firstly, the analysis requirements were mapped to bond graph models according to three different grain sizes. And bond graph model of the system was constructed. Characteristics and limitations of the original design in existing product were analyzed from the system dynamic performances. Strong points were good for assimilating the original designer's intention, while limitations were helpful for product recreation. Then functional models were used to decompose the top function into sub-functions to get more detailed information about the limitations. Finally according to these limitations, technical evolution routes were adopted to redesign the parts of sub-functions, through which the recreated system could obtain more excellent functional representations. Applying the method to a frictional driver, the control and dynamic performances of the frictional driver were both improved, which verified the validity and feasibility of the proposed design method.
