摘要: 为实现高效履行订单,提出了一种关注订单履行全过程的系统集成框架模型。分析了订单履行流程在供应链管理中的地位及其与供应链管理其他关键业务流程的关系,并给出了订单履行系统功能需求与质量需求,指出仅通过单项企业管理系统难以单独实现订单履行功能。探讨了实现面向服务体系的技术基础。以订单履行系统功能需求与质量需求为实施目标,构建了基于面向服务体系架构的订单履行系统集成框架模型,并通过实例说明了该框架的优越性。

Abstract: An integrated framework model focusing on the whole process of order fulfillment was presented to effectively implement the order fulfillment system (OFS). Firstly, the role of the order fulfillment process (OFP) in supply chain management (SCM) and the relationship between the OFP and other key business processes of SCM were introduced and analyzed. Then the functional and quality attributes of the OFS were given, and it was concluded that it is difficult for enterprises to successfully implement the OFS independently by using only one commercial software package such as ERP so far. Subsequently, the technology foundations of realizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) were investigated. Furthermore, an integrated framework model based on the SOA was constructed to realize the functional and quality attributes of the OFS. Finally, a prototype system was constructed to illustrate the superiorityof the framework.
