摘要: 为减少语言型评价对设计方案决策的不利影响,提出了粗糙集与不确定语言多属性决策方法相结合的设计方案评价模型。客户需求的模糊性增强了设计方案的非唯一性,需要对满足相同或类似需求的多个方案进行评价和择优。通过建立面向方案集的多属性体系,对各方案进行特定属性或属性集条件下的语言型评价,由此得到多属性评估矩阵。同时,将粗糙集中属性重要性计算嵌入不确定语言多属性决策方法,在明确各属性重要性程度的基础上进行方案决策,以提高算法的客观性和有效性。在此基础上,运用不确定拓展有序加权平均算子,对各方案进行评价计算,得到特定属性集合综合影响下的相对合理方案。

Abstract: To reduce unfavorable affects of uncertain language evaluation on design scheme decision-making, an evaluation model combining rough sets with uncertain-language multi-attribute decision-making method was proposed. The non-uniqueness of design scheme was strengthened because of the customer requirements fuzziness, it's necessary to evaluate and select within multiple schemes which satisfied same or similar demands. The language evaluation for each scheme under specific attribute or attribute set was carried out by constructing a scheme-set-oriented multi-attribute system, thus the multi-attribute evaluation matrix was gotten. To improve algorithm objectivity and effectiveness, the attribute importance computing of rough set was embedded in uncertain-language multi-attribute decision-making method, thus the scheme decision could be made based on each attribute importance. Then, Uncertain Expansion Order Weighting Average (UEOWA) operator was introduced to evaluate each design scheme, and a comparatively reasonable scheme under integrated effect of specific attribute set was obtained.
