摘要: 多学科设计优化技术当前主要作为传统设计过程的补充,存在较大的局限性。为此,在导弹方案设计全过程引入了多学科并行设计思想,建立了包含两阶段的多学科设计优化流程,在多学科设计阶段形成基准方案,在多学科优化阶段完成基准方案的可行化与最佳化。建立了支持两个设计阶段的五种模型,并分析了基于这些模型描述多学科设计和多学科优化问题的方法。根据所研究的设计流程和建模方法,提出了建立四层体系结构的总体设计软件框架的思想。最后,在Visual C++开发环境下,开发了面向导弹总体设计的多学科设计优化原型系统。

Abstract: Currently, Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) technology was served as complement to traditional design, which limited the potential of MDO. To deal with this problem, the concepts of multidisciplinary concurrent design was introduced to the entire process of missile design, and a two-phase design process, including Multidisciplinary Design (MD) and Multidisciplinary Optimization (MO) was presented. The benchmark of missile could be designed in MD phase and optimized in MO phase. Five data models were constructed to support two design phases, and based on these models the methods to describe MD and MO were analyzed. According to the design process and modeling method studied, the software framework to support MDO-based conceptual design process of missile was constructed. Finally, a MDO prototype system oriented to missile design was developed by using VC++.
