摘要: 利用复杂网络理论,提出了一种基于网络结构特性的分布式复杂机电系统脆弱性分析方法。从系统与网络角度研究流程工业中的复杂机电系统,分析系统的网络拓扑结构特性及对故障传播的影响,在此基础上定义节点负荷及脆性系数,对系统固有的脆弱性进行分析,并给出了具体分析方法。以典型化工过程田纳西-伊斯曼系统为例,详细介绍了该方法的分析和应用过程,并对其有效性进行了验证。研究结果表明,该方法可以从系统网络的角度辨识系统中的脆弱点和关键点,为合理设计安全控制和故障预防措施提供了依据。

Abstract: Utilizing the complex network theory, a novel method of vulnerability analysis in the distributed and complex electromechanical system based on the network topological property was proposed. Complex electromechanical system in process industry was analyzed from system and network perspective. The topological structure characteristics of system network and its influence to faults propagation were investigated. Subsequently, the loads and vulnerability coefficient of nodes were defined to study the inherent vulnerability of the electromechanical system. A case study of Tennessee-Eastman (TE) process was provided to illustrate the analysis & application process of the proposed method. Its effectiveness was also verified. The results showed that the method could find the critical node and the crisp node of system, which could be used for the safety control and failure prevention of the system.
