高精度卡环接口三维建模与线切割参数研究

摘要: 为保证卡环接口的加工精度,提出了高精度卡环圆周上接口电火花线切割轨迹参数优化方法。采用三维造型和电火花线切割实验,获得了电火花线切割空间的多个三维模型。在三维模型中,定义了七个电火花线切割轨迹参数,讨论了接口位置变化对其他六个轨迹参数的影响,分析了影响电火花线切割轨迹参数的约束条件和轨迹参数对接头配合性能的影响。研究表明,随着接口位置尺寸的增加,其他六个电火花线切割轨迹参数有明显变化,接口配合稳定性下降,吻合程度增加。本研究获得的电火花线切割轨迹参数和优化方法可以在卡环设计和制造,以及电加工中应用。

Abstract: An optimization method was presented to obtain the track parameters of Wire Electric Machining (WEM) in processing the auto-closed cut on the ring with high precision. Firstly, the 5 three-dimensional models of the motion space of wire were gained by WEM and on Auto CAD software. Then, 7 track parameters were defined, and the influence of the position parameter by auto-closed cut on other six parameters was discussed. And the control condition affecting track parameters were analyzed. Finally, the relationship between the track parameters and fitting performance were established. The results showed with increasing of fitting area, the 6 other track parameters had significant changes, and the stability decreased. It was concluded that the optimization method and track data could be applied in the design and manufacturing of the electric spark machining.
