摘要: 为了支持产品外观设计知识重用,提出了用于分解创新性产品外观案例的模型。根据用户认知产品经历美学印象、语意判断和符号联系三个阶段,将产品分为形式美学、使用方式和文化时尚三种外观创新类型。利用分类学原理和外观设计创新过程,建立三种外观创新类型对应设计知识框架模型,用于抽取和重用外观创新设计知识。该模型应用于建立产品创新案例库,帮助设计师搜索和应用以往成功案例,实现以用户为中心的产品开发。通过设计师使用该数据库,说明了它的有效性。

Abstract: To support product design knowledge resuse, the model of product form design knowledge was proposed to decompose cases and reuse the design knowledge. According to three stages in users'product cognition, aesthetic impression, semantic judgment and symbol association, product form innovation types were classified into formal aesthetics, utilization method and fashion. Based on taxonomy and the design & innovation process of form, the framework models corresponding to innovation design were constructed to extract and reuse the form innovation design knowledge. The model was applied in the product case database, which could help the designers to search and reuse cases so as to realize the user-centered product development. The effectiveness of the database was finally verified.
