摘要: 为辅助设计师在大数据背景下科学设计决策,构建了通过知识计量转化为图谱了解设计趋势的调研方法。在分析模糊设计前期调研需求的基础上,比较了产品设计案例与文献、词条知识单元的差异,提出多级信息收集、整序、计量、图谱解读的流程。首先,分析与产品设计领域直接相关的异构化知识来源,采集与存储碎片化信息。其次,构建产品案例设计知识单元框架,通过产品级与特征级信息两个层面融合形成知识内容。最后,抽取知识单元中的关键测度进行统计分析,形成3方面调研分析。通过检测用户、专家反馈,考察高影响力产品;从产品描述与用户评价中分别提取关键词,确定设计热点领域;从候选热点词筛选膨胀词,探测设计发展趋势的转变。通过香薰机垂直品类调研验证该方法,获得客观细分领域设计动态。

Abstract: To assist designers in scientific design decision-making under the background of big data,a survey method was constructed to understand the design trend by the map of knowledge measurement.The processes of multi-level information collection,ordering,measurement and map interpretation were proposed with the analysis of requirements in the early stage of fuzzy front of the design.The knowledge units' differences among the product design cases,the literature and the terms were compared.The isomerization knowledge directly related to product design sources were analyzed,and the fragmented information was collected and stored.After building the frameworks of knowledge unit of the product design case,the content was formed by information fusion on both the product and feature levels.The key measures of knowledge units were extracted for the statistical analysis to form 3 aspects of the survey.The high impact products were inspected by testing the reaction of users and experts.The hot areas of design were determined by the keywords that were extracted from the product description and the user evaluation respectively.The expansion words were selected from the candidate of the hot words to detect the changing trend of design.The method was verified by the survey of vertical category of aromatherapy machine,and the design trends of subdivision field were obtained objectively.
