Abstract: To gain maximum expected profit, the pricing model of remanufactured products was proposed from the perspective of remanufacturers. In this model, the demand obeyed Poisson distribution and reservation price obeyed exponential distribution. Thus, the optimal pricing equation of remanufactured products was concluded. Characteristics of optimal price were analyzed. Result showed the optimal price decreased with disposal cost of worn-out products, and decreased with the parameter of reservation price. Finally, a numerical example was provided，and a series of management principles were presented.
