不同渠道效率下电商平台基于顾客行为的定价策略

摘要: 为了探讨电商平台如何使用基于顾客行为的定价(BBP)策略,在电商平台混合销售模式下,考虑分销模式和平台模式之间的渠道效率差异,建立了两时期霍特林模型,研究渠道效率对电商平台BBP策略选择的影响,以及BBP策略对消费者剩余和社会福利水平的影响。研究发现:两种模式的渠道效率差异较大或平台模式的渠道效率较低时,电商平台的最优策略是采用BBP策略,且在第二时期采用吸引策略;两种渠道的效率差异较小或平台模式的渠道效率较高时,电商平台倾向于不使用BBP策略;不管两种模式的渠道效率差异大或小,BBP策略总会提高消费者剩余;平台模式与分销模式的渠道效率相同时,使用BBP策略不会影响总的社会福利水平,否则BBP策略总会提高社会福利水平。

Abstract: To explore how to use customer Behavior-Based Pricing (BBP) for electronic retailer,by considering the difference of channel efficiency between distribution mode and platform mode under electronic retailer's hybrid sales mode,and the influence of channel efficiency on electronic retailer's BBP was researched.Moreover,the influence of BBP on retail prices,profits,consumer surplus and social welfare were also investigated.The research showed that when the retail of agency selling was greater inefficient relative to reselling,the retailer's optimal strategy would use BBP to price highly to past customers and price lowly to new customers in the second period.When the retail of agency selling was a little inefficient relative to reselling,the retailer would not use BBP to price discriminate between past and new customers.In addition,no matter what the efficiency difference between the reselling and the agency selling was,the BBP would increase consumer surplus.Furthermore,the retailer's BBP would not increase social welfare only if there was no different in channel efficiency between the reselling and the agency selling;otherwise,the BBP would increase social welfare.
