碳限额与交易政策下变质品的联合定价和库存策略

Joint pricing and inventory strategy for deteriorating items under cap-and-trade policy

摘要: 基于碳限额与交易政策,探讨有限规划时域内变质品的联合定价和库存问题。考虑有限规划时域内零售商可以进行多次非等周期补货,产品的需求同时受价格和时间影响,在每个订货周期内允许缺货且短缺量部分延迟订购,以总利润最大化为目标构建了碳限额与交易政策下变质品的联合定价和库存优化模型。为求解零售商的最优订货计划和定价策略,利用经典经济订货批量(EOQ)模型的相关性质和Nelder-Mead算法设计了一个寻找最优解的两阶段迭代算法。考虑不同的时变需求函数提出3个算例来验证模型和算法的可行性和有效性,并将碳政策下的最优策略与无碳约束下的最优策略进行对比,结果表明:碳政策下零售商能够降低其碳排放水平,同时也会增加其零售价格,减少其订货量和订货频率。最后对模型的主要参数进行了灵敏度分析。

Abstract: Based on cap-and-trade policy,the joint pricing and ordering strategies for deteriorating items over a finite planning horizon was investigated.Owing to the fact that the retailer could carry out multiple non-periodic replenishment during the finite planning horizon,the demand rate influenced by both selling price and time,and the shortages and partial backlogging were allowed.A joint pricing and inventory model for deteriorating items over a finite planning horizon under cap-and-trade policy was developed by taking the maximum total profit as the object.To solve the optimal order plan and pricing strategy,a two-stage iterative algorithm was designed by using the properties of classical Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and Nelder-Mead algorithm.Considering the different time-varying demand functions,three numerical examples were presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The optimal strategy of carbon policy with the optimal strategy of carbon free constraints were compared,and the results showed that retailers would reduce their carbon emissions but increase their retail prices and reduce their order quantity and order frequency under the cap-and-trade policy.The sensitivity analysis on the major parameters of the proposed model was carried out.
