摘要: 项目的成功依赖于全体参与者的协同工作,但在并行工作环境下,由于网络上的多功能小组工作风格的差异,因而在产品开发阶段经常出现任务规划的交叠和冲突现象。为解决这些问题,保证资源的合理利用及缩短开发时间,本文提出了在产品开发过程中任务分解的原则,给出了任务到团队及基于均衡-适度原则的任务到团队内各个参与人员分配的数学模型,该模型有效地支持了并行工程中的资源配置。

Abstract: The success of a project depend on the collaborative work of all participators. But in the concurrent engineering, the overlay and conflict of tasks are popular because of the difference of work styles between polyfunctional teams on the network. To solve these problems and enable the high efficiency of product development and resources utilization, the principle on task decomposition, and the mathematic model of assignment from tasks to teams, as well as from sub-tasks to members of teams based on the principle of Equilibrium-Moderation method are proposed. An algorithm is employed to solve the problem. The model is suitable for the configuration of resources in concurrent engineering.
