摘要: 为了在社会化业务流程管理中寻找到一种更加合理有效的任务分配算法,提出一种基于社会关系和激励博弈的任务分配方法。针对参与者的社会关系及其满意度对社会化业务流程提升执行质量和效率越来越重要,建立了带社会属性的参与者模型和任务模型,并根据任务奖惩函数给每个参与者分配与其能力、经验及收益预期相匹配的任务。实验结果表明,该方法能够满足按能力分配的需要,并最终提高参与者的满意度和流程执行质量。

Abstract: To find a more reasonable and effective task allocation method in social business process management,a task allocation algorithm based on social relationship and game theory was proposed.Aiming at the importance of participants relationship and its satisfaction on improving quality and efficiency of social business process management,the participant model and task model with social attribute were built,and the matching tasks for each participant were distributed according to the reward function.The experimental evaluations were conducted and the results proved that the method could improve the degree of satisfaction for users logically.
